Metro Metrics is an independent research consulting practice based in Philadelphia, PA, and led by Annette B. Mattei, Principal. Annette has more than 25 years of experience supporting non-profit and governmental organizations in developing and executing research initiatives and other mission-related activities. Prior to starting Metro Metrics in 2006, she worked for the Pennsylvania Economy League – Eastern Division (now known as the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia), ending her 10-year tenure as Director of Research.
